My mum has broken her leg during our holidays and the receptionist helped us switching an apartment from the first floor to the ground floor the same evening. The next day, a different receptionist organised crutches for my mum from a different hotel till the end of our stay here. "Easy to use app instead of a key. Stayed here a week and didn’t need to speak to any staff apart from a few cleaners, I check-in though an app then your phones your key. Very very clean. I was room 1 so ground floor not ideal with only sliding doors and no windows but that’s all I could moan about"
